30-Day Easy Returns
At Prism Curate, we want you to love your purchase. If, for any reason, you're not satisfied, we offer an easy return process. This return policy applies uniformly to all countries we ship to, including the United Kingdom.
Return Policy Overview
- Return Window: You have 30 days from the day you receive your order to return items.
- Condition: Items must be unused, in their original condition, and returned with the original packaging.
- Easy Returns: Returning items to us is easy and our client support team will assist you.
Cancellation Period
You may cancel your order within 24 hours of placing it, provided it has not yet been dispatched. To cancel, email us immediately at nova@prismcurate.com with your order number. Once an order has been shipped, it can no longer be cancelled and must go through our standard return process.
Return Costs
- For Defective Products: No cost to the customer. This applies when the product is incorrect, damaged by the carrier, or defective in any other way.
- For Customer Remorse (Change of Mind): The actual cost of return delivery will be charged to the customer. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
Damaged or Defective Goods
If you receive an item that is damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at nova@prismcurate.com. Include your order number, a description of the issue, and clear photos or a short video. We will cover all return shipping costs and offer you a full refund or replacement at no additional charge.
How to Return an Item
- Contact Us: Email our team at nova@prismcurate.com with your order number and reason for the return.
- Pack Your Item: Repack the item securely in its original packaging, including all accessories, tags, and documents.
- Send it Back: Drop your package off at the nearest shipping carrier location as per the instructions in the return authorisation email.
Refund Process
Refund Processing Time: Once we receive your return, our team will inspect the item within 7 business days. After approval, your refund will be issued to your original payment method within an additional 7 business days.
Refund Method: All approved refunds will be returned to the original payment method used at checkout. We do not issue refunds via cash, cheque, or alternative payment methods.
No Restocking Fees: We do not charge restocking fees on approved returns.
Exchanges: Want to swap for a different size, colour, or product? Reach out to us and we'll help you exchange your item quickly and easily.
Non-Returnable Items: For hygiene and safety reasons, some items may not be eligible for return. These will be clearly marked as non-returnable in the product description.
